Since I've been working evenings, Jimmy and I have been planning our meals each night. This coming Wednesday, I'm off so we're doing Japanese night. We're going to have filetmignon and shrimp with fried rice, sauteed shrooms and zucchini and the soup they serve. A friend of ours got the recipes for the white sauce and ginger sauce from the main chef at Kyoto's. So we'll be using those. I cannot wait! I LOVE Japanese. And if I can make the stuff at a fraction of the cost, it's even better!
